Post Ireland and Sherman on shaky ground
http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/10226184/miami-dolphins-owner-stephen-ross-mulling-changes

Ross has been meeting with his top advisers before deciding whether to fire anyone.

.....during Miami's season-ending loss Sunday to the New York Jets, Ross became so upset he turned away at one point because he could no longer watch.

Second-year offensive coordinator Mike Sherman is considered the most likely to be fired, and sixth-year general manager Jeff Ireland's job is also in jeopardy. Coach Joe Philbin is likely to return for a third season, the two people familiar with the situation said, but that's not a certainty.

While it may happen, I just do not see how any self respecting GM will take the job & not be allowed to pick the HC he wants.

After the Incognito/Martin drama, Ross formed a Code of Conduct Committee. Wonder if it's some of the same people.

Don Shula
Tony Dungy
Dan Marino
Curtis Martin
Jason Taylor

Ross is a business partner of former kc chiefs gm Carl Peterson. I think I remember reading Nat Moore was an advisor at some point, but I can't find anything about it.
