I think you try to build your core with "good upstanding guys" and fill in a spot or two with a guy who has too much talent to ignore.
The biggest problem for Miami is that since JT and Zach left, we haven't had any really outspoken player-leaders who can set the proper tone in the locker room. Without that discipline it can lead to a breakdown in the locker room, which we saw in 2013.
