Again, I think NFL coaches should be able to corral a guy and if they are a great player that can improve your team, deal with it. ..... Do you always want the upstanding guy on your team, of course, but unfortunately in professional sports it is just not like that with all the great players.
I think you try to build your core with "good upstanding guys" and fill in a spot or two with a guy who has too much talent to ignore.
The biggest problem for Miami is that since JT and Zach left, we haven't had any really outspoken player-leaders who can set the proper tone in the locker room. Without that discipline it can lead to a breakdown in the locker room, which we saw in 2013.
