Dolphins waived/injured K John Potter.

Potter was competing with Caleb Sturgis, but was sidelined by a thigh injury. Considering the league-wide carnage at kicker, Potter might not make it through waivers unclaimed, but his health will be key. Even if Potter does revert to injured reserve, he should eventually be released with an injury settlement.

Jay Feely just got cut by the Cardinals. He was good when he was here...........it surprised a lot of us when Parcells cut him in favor of Carpenter. Speaking of Carpenter, Ireland should have negotiated a deal with him, before giving up a 5th for the Kid from Deliverance.
