### One of the criticisms of this Dolphins team, under this staff, is that they take on the unemotional personality of their coach. And though Mike Wallace has never said that, he reiterated Tuesday that he was bothered Sunday that “I didn’t see anybody playing with emotion out there. We needed to be more into it.”
Teams always need what is lacking when they are not winning. If they have a disciplinarian coach then they need a players coach. If they have a players coach, then they need a disciplinarian coach. If they have a emotional coach, then they need a more even keel coach.
If they have an even keel coach, then they need a more emotional coach to keep the team level.
What works for the team is what works. Neither is right or wrong.
