This is hardly a good list of what to expect for 2010. 10 of the top 12 teams on that list were last years playoff teams, with only Philadelphia and Arizona dropping out. It's more like a "What happened in 2009" list.

It's all good. Let folks sleep on Miami. I think the Dolphins are going to be a pleasant surprise.

I tell you who does have respect for Miami, Tedy Bruschi, the former New England Patriots LB that now works for ESPN. He and Eric Allen were on NFL Live late last night and they were discssing the comments from Stephen Ross about Miami going to the Super Bowl.

Neither thinks Miami can make it to the Super Bowl, but Bruschi said he would not be surprised to see the Dolphins win the division again.

They favor the Ravens or Colts to get to the Super Bowl.
