4-2 to 6-10. Maybe 7-9 if we get so lucky.

Beat at home by a garbage team like the Raiders... yeah its time to throw the season. They've won two in the last seconds on turnovers and could easily be 2-6. Schedule is more brutal down the stretch.

Oakland is far from garbage, but I agree with the rest. Been saying it all year. 4-2 was a mirage.

Not ready to do that but certainly this was a game where I think we were the better team and lost. It is frustrating.

This team shoots itself in the foot way too much. How many huge offensive plays were negated by penalty last night? I don't want to hear that Gase called a crap game or that this team was lost without Ajayi. They had every chance to win by double digits and screwed it up.

Drake fumble. Landry holding penalty. Any number of holding penalties from Bushrod, Pouncey, James and Davis. Stills with a critical 3rd down drop.

Jay Cutler cannot throw the ball downfield, that much is obvious. Gase has to treat him like an old school Alex Smith, but it was actually working well for a while. The backs did a nice job receiving and gaining YAC. But that stuff is going to get destroyed by the Chiefs, Bills and Pats.

Devante Parker played well. And as much as I hate to say it, Julius Thomas showed up last night.

I give them 2 more wins for the year.

This season was over when Tanehill went down. 6-10.

We don't suck, but this team needs to get better. We have two rookies at CB (face it, Howard was out all of last year) and the OL is a mess. Cutler is improving and is still shaking off the rust.

Yes, the schedule is brutal and we'll be lucky to win 4 for games to be at .500. Once you get playoffs out of your minds then you don't have the urge to jump off a bridge. And, the Raiders are not a garbage team.

Unfortunately that is why we are never in position to draft a great talent.

:haha

I want a team culture that does not give up. Somehow the patsies are able to find some kind of talent.

Using New England as an example doesn’t work. No other team has been able to replicate what Bill has done there, shady or not in the game’s history. That regime is an enigma.

I disagree there is talent to be had. It is not just the patsies.

Quote:

April 25, 2015

1. Seahawks
GM: John Schneider
Average position of 1st pick: 30.6
Total picks: 48
Pro Bowlers: 7
Best Pick: CB Richard Sherman — 2011 5th round
Worst Pick: G John Moffitt — 2011 3rd round
Seattle is the gold standard for drafting in the NFL right now. The 2010 draft netted Earl Thomas, Kam Chancellor, Russell Okung and Golden Tate, laying the foundation for their 2013 Super Bowl team. Chancellor and Sherman were 5th-round picks, and they landed QB Russell Wilson in the 3rd round

Jettison one tackle who is able to hold for another. Who can't block if your able to grab the opposing guy? How many times have I seen Wake bulldogged to the ground by their awesome RT?

Has this site ever had a poll split three ways?

My condolences to the 3 homers, but yeah. We suck.

:)

I wasn’t talking about talent at all. I strictly pointed out that no one has been able to follow, anywhere even close to the Belichick and Brady blueprint. It’s been 17 years.

So you quote and respond to a specific quote about talent to make a comment not about talent?

Those are your words, not mine. NE is notorious for winning WITHOUT premier talent. Make sense? One of the only exceptions being the ‘07 season with the Moss and Brady show. They had a hell of a defense to pair with it too.

They are 4th on the list that is linked above it is a myth that they win without talent.
