Translation: Go ahead and give physicals to prospects in their hometown outside the team location. Any team can do it — and no doubt will. It’s just logistically easier if the prospect is in your town. And the prominent player perhaps most impacted will be Tua Tagovailoa, who won’t get to have a workout or full medical exam by teams. The guess is he still is drafted wherever he would have been.
