I think they all run "brotherhood routes" but I like that there is a real name for it as kind of a badge of honor for those who do not see the ball even though they are running routes. The thing about Grant is that he is selling those routes as if he was the target. I think we've all seen players slack off on a route when they know they aren't going to shine.
