Enjoy yourselves till Sunday night when a real quarterback carves you up. The greatest quarterback in the league will lead his offense to 14 points while captain checkdown manufactures two field goals. let the fun begin and be ready to be 2-1 and second in the AFC East.

Capt Checkdown will lead his team down the field for 5 FGs.

Miami - 15
NYJ - 14

I think there is more of a chance that the Dolphins will help your "real quarterback" revert to his Game One form.

Have you had the chance to see their defense play this year?

On the flip side, Henne's stat line probably will look similar to his first two games of 2010, which will be enough for the Dolphins to improve to 3-0.

so in New York fans are happy with only getting 14 points? man, talk about having low expectations.

Congratulations...Capt Handoff "carved" up the worst secondary in the league...yes i'm talking about NE. Outside of their safety they have CB's who couldn't make most rosters. They also have a Dline in full decline. Despite that...I loved the part with Sanchez rolling on the ground crying when he got hit.....ONCE!!!! Cameron Wake will make Sanchez his personal South Florida Honey for the day. :)

I'm not sure why the Jets even have to play the next 16 games. Just have them wait for the NFC Champion at the Super Bowl.

Here's what I am looking at ...

Soon to be 3-0!

:) LOL -- Sanchez will revert back to game 1 form. The Dolphins D so far has been one of the best in the league, and despite having played against the top run D the past few years (Vikes) we still racked up 120yds on the ground with them. Henne will continue to play it safe to get the wins, but my guess is that Sanchez will erupt doing stupid crap and further testing J.Allen and V.Davis only to run into a brick wall of failure. The Jets hope of beating us lies is shutting down Marshall, and control the clock through their running game. Short of that, Sanchez will most likely let you down.

I can definitely see this as an opportunity to be 3-0 and see the Jets behind NE @1-2.

Oh, one more thing, don't forget that we swept NYJ last year, so that's in our favor too :ann0y:

You can thank Phins Rock for that wonderful portrait of Fat Rex. I've been waiting for a chance to spread my love for Jabba the Ryan. The picture is even better than I hoped for.

New England 10-6

Jets 9-7

Dolphins 7-9

Bills 6-10

The final standings is what matters! Backed in or not, we were still playing in January while the Dolphins were scratching their rears. Congrats on beating us twice, but I'll take a trip to the AFC Championship game every year over beating the Dolphins. So continue to live in the past b/c your optimistic outlook on this season is about to come crashing down to earth.

Glad to see your QB FINALLY had a good game. It was bound to happen sooner or later, as even a blind squirrel finds an acorn sooner or later.

The real question is: will he ever have another good game?

Why post last years standings and then talk smack about living in the past?

Why not post this years standings and live in the here and now..

Dolphins - 2-0
Jets - 1-1
Pats - 1-1
Bills - 0-1

Just like your boy Revis pulled up limp when Randy Moss blew past him for a touchdown, your boy Sanchez is gonna receive a dirty sanchez courtesy of the men in orange!

This is the difference between the Dolphins and the jests....TALK IS CHEAP!

I am just wondering what excuse you and fat boy Ryan are gonna have next week?

I was responding to a video of last years game, that's why I put up the standings from last year. And another reason is that all you people keep talking about is how you beat us twice last year, if anybody is living in the past it's Dolphins fans.

2-0 > 1-1 Talk about living in the past! No doubt once in the playoffs anything can happen. It is the old adage even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in awhile. You guys won your superbowl last week...oh wait....you beat the Pats in NY last year too? Sanchez is about to "Wake" up this weekend.

LMAO -- buddy oh buddy, your trip to the playoffs last year was a gift from the Colts, which almost backfired on them. Don't think too highly of the Jet's brief stint of success in the post season. Jets didn't earn their way into the post-season, they lucked their way in.

Even if Miami wins...even if Miami completely destroys the Jets on Sunday night, then the following week regardless of if the Jets win that one this guy will be back talking about Henne sucks and Sanchez rules.

There is no sense in arguing with this guy....he's as ludacris as they come.

True -- and if we win it'll be cuz Revis was gone, Edwards was drunk, Sanchez got roofied the night prior, etc...

If Miami wins and it's b/c Henne had a great game I will give him a lot of props. But if they win b/c they have 2 returns for TD's and Henne throws for 120 yards, then I'll still say he sucks a big one.

Captain Checkdown vs Captain Handoff .... a battle of titans no doubt. Both Passing attacks are basically anemic. Whomever makes the most big plays in the passing game without turning the ball over, will likely win. I don't see either rushing attack devouring the other. Minnesota's AP got most of his yards when the Dolphins had a 14 point lead and were keyed on stopping the pass. I expect that LT will get a few good draws and screens on us, but other than that, its up to Dirty Sanchez and Ugly Henne. Pressure from the D will of course play its part.

When, not if Miami wins, I'll say Miami is alone in 1st place in the AFC East and has handed the JETS 4 straight losses. How they do it is irrelevant, a win is a win. Personally I'd love to see Miami run it right done their throat all night long. I wish Revis was playing and 100% so Marshall could school him and you wouldn't have any excuses.

You're right, and last season was last season. You don't see us bringing up 2008 when we WON the division because it's the past. What is worth noting is our head coach has a 3-1 record against your team, and if it wasn't for a last minute hail marry from Brett Favre you guys would be 0-4 against us the past two years.
I think it's funny how quiet you guys were a week ago after starting 0-1. I can't wait to see you go back down to your parent's basements after losing this week. Jets fans truly do never change. Jason Taylor was right, you guys take the CL out of the word class!

Week 2 FedEx Air & Ground Players of the Week nominees

NFL.com

The NFL announced Monday that quarterbacks Jay Cutler of the Chicago Bears, Mark Sanchez of the New York Jets and Matt Schaub of the Houston Texans are the finalists for the FedEx Air NFL Player of the Week honors for games played on Sept. 19-20, and running backs LeSean McCoy of the Philadelphia Eagles, Darren McFadden of the Oakland Raiders and Jason Snelling of the Atlanta Falcons are the finalists for the FedEx Ground NFL Player of the Week.

There's still time to vote! I guess you didn't watch the Pats-Jets game, maybe you should.

I wasn't hiding last week at all. I was still on the site and took a lot of crap, so I can't wait to till we whoop on you so I can do the same next week. Either way, I won't be hiding.
