We knew he was having a bad season, but I did not realize this:

Wow, so much for Bell being the veteran "rock" out there in the deep secondary. It is nice to see guys like Davis and Clemens develop and take a step forward, but it's very frustrating to see a guy like Yeremiah take a step back like this. Bell has been getting owned this season by tightends and it's starting to become an issue.

not just bell who have been owned by tight ends ,on alot of the plays its been our lb`s who have pooped out on coverage

q moses,b carpenter,t dobbins have all blown coverages more than once

but true y bell has taken step back , [ replaced next year imo]

He missed 3 or 4 in the Jets game alone. He is the oldest guy on the D and may well need to be replaced in the next year or two if he keeps missing tackles. He hasn't looked any better than G Wilson this season.
