ESPN Stats & Information churned out some interesting stats about how the Dolphins' offense got it done.

The Packers went into the game having allowed the third-most passing yards between the painted numbers, while Dolphins quarterback Chad Henne had an 86.1 passer rating on throws in that area.

That explains how Henne completed 14 of 17 passes between the numbers Sunday for 135 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions, a 139.0 passer rating.

On throws outside the numbers, Henne was just 9-of-21 for 96 yards, no touchdowns and one interception, a 37.0 passer rating.

The Dolphins maintained the same philosophy in their ground strategy. Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams combined for 137 rushing yards, and 118 of that came on runs between the tackles, according to ESPN Stats & Information.

Brown and Williams also gained six first downs on carries up the middle, one more than they had in their previous four games combined. ... in-the-gut

Since they tried more outside the numbers than inside, it wouldn't really seem like it was the strategy. Just that is where we were having more success.
