Post Evaluation abilities
A lot of different opinions on the benching of Henne. A lot of different opinion on what Pennington can bring. If this regime has made the evaluation that bringing in Pennington will be the difference then lets put it into the bigger picture.

Will bringing in Pennington:

Stop Fasano, Brown, and Hartline from dropping easy passes?
Allow Smith, Clemons, Davis and Sapp to cover better?
Force Berger, Incognito, Jerry/McQuistan to run block better?
Allow for Brown and Williams to get more YPC?
Stop the defense from missing tackles?
Correct Sparano's inconsistent clock management or Henning's inconsistent play calling?
Force the special teams unit to tackle better or to block more efficiently?

Their evaluations on all of these guys appear to be wrong.

Jake Grove, Justin Smiley, Gibril Wilson, Pat White, Philip Merling, Donald Thomas...weren't these guys supposed to make a difference? Nice evaluation.

I guess the point is that its become clear that the evaluation ability of this regime isn't spot on. If they think Henne is the problem and that Pennington will be the difference it doesn't appear that they have reviewed all evidence. If Henne has missed that many throws then why is he completing nearly 64% of his passes and has 4 picks that weren't his fault? Why aren't they seeing that several dropped passes have resulted in perhaps as many as 5 missed TD passes. If its a leadership issure then I'm behind the decision, but no evidence has pointed to that.

Even the reporter I rip on constantly, John Clayton, came out and said Chad Henne is a lot better than the regime gives him credit for. That's about all I needed to hear.
