NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Quote:
Micah Johnson was waived from the practice squad to make space for Folsom, who is familiar with the Dolphins' defensive scheme and is a strong special teams contributor.

Yeah he was a real force here... let's face it.... he's not the "player" you thought he was.

Sad, I liked him too. Oh well. I guess preseason does hide other flaws.

ya I would have liked to have seen him in the inside rotation. He hits like a truck.

He out-played Dobbins but I guess that wasn't enough.

He must have been poor on special teams. I thought he had potential ... but I don't see him every day in practice either.

I wouldnt say he out played him. I think Dobbins is a better all around LB, he is good on ST & in Game, but not great at either.

Its what you want in your # 2...

Dobbins is good on ST's? Haven't heard his name called yet. Johnson clearly outplayed Dobbins this preseason as the run defense quickly stiffened when he came in place of Dobbins. It must've been ST's but I don't remember either being a standout. I do remember Folsom missing more tackles than I care to count in preseason.

This.

Not sure what's up with Folsom being brought back. We have no need for him right now, unless Reshad Jones' injury is serious, and YB can't go to LB in the nickel as often...

I was exaggerating....But 5.2 carries a game for 162 yards with a lower kick return average than Nolan Carroll through 9 games isn't a great start to his career...Lol.

I would have to say disappointment ... but the Buffalo fans are using alot of "B" words on him, with Bust being the nicest!!

Buffalo guys say they read ... he's lazy & doesn't work ... got his money & is layin up ... in the coaches' dog house.

(Maybe he's having those Purple Drank parties like Jamarcus Russel :) )

Actually that reminds me a lot of Maurice Clarrett (though he's trying to resurrect what ever it is that made him special in college through the UFL)

Being a UK grad student during all of Micah's tenure, I can say that a big knock for him in college was never physical, but mental. He would routinely play wrong gaps and over shoot his area to try and make a play on the ball. He never really had a grasp on the playbook and used his instincts to make plays.

That doesn't work in the NFL.
