He's not on your board, but I would go with Cam Thomas.
I voted for Jerry Hughes though, just because I dislike Cody, and Hughes is the only pass rusher up there.

 Re: Pick #43 Terrence Cody?
ggippo, I don't think Cody makes it to Miami at #43. There talk that Buffalo is switching to a 3-4 and KC is a 3-4 teams that needs a NT as well. If he is there at #43, I take Cody.
His weight issues concern me, but if the regime get's there hands on his big butt he will certainly trim down and could be a force at 355 lbs. He is a guy that absolute clogs the middle of a defense and he can help keep your LB's clean.
ggippo, Thomas, the WR from Georgia Tech broke his foot, so I think that may drop him a round perhaps since he will not be able to run at the combine or pro day. If he drops to the 3rd round, I would snatch this kid.

Voted for Hernandez. I would like to see Miami draft Myron Rolle.

 Re: Pick #43 Terrence Cody?
Don't know about Cody. Is big but seems like he lacks "it." I haven't seen much of him (in playing time that is), but something hust isn't there for me. I'd like to have some real confirmation, in my mind, that he is anything more than just being huge. Soliai is huge too, and that hasn't been enough. In the NFL OLineman can deal with just huge; it's when they're huge and can move that counts at this level.

 Re: Pick #43 Terrence Cody?
I went with Hernandez as well. Although I love building the defense as much as the next guy, a dynamic tight end would really help to improve this offense.

 Re: Pick #43 Terrence Cody?
I think if Cody is sitting there at 43 we have to get him. From what I have read he will be selected at the end of the first round or (more likely) the beginning of the 2nd round.

 Re: Pick #43 Terrence Cody?
If Hughes and Cody are there I'm getting Hughes. Can you imagine how much better our D is with McClain and Hughes back there. We could get Thomas in the 3rd or the kid from Georgia. WE NEED PLAYMAKERS ON D! Our Offensive skill players can be had after the 3rd round but we need to pick the best of the best the first 3 rounds. Anybody on this site thinking we need to upgrade our O before our D is blind or just doesn't know football.

 Re: Pick #43 Terrence Cody?
Jerry Hughes is VERY good...I wouldn't be upset at all nabbing him. But I voted for Hernandez, because I think that the trifecta wants a good TE and he is the guy.
