That's a steal! I think Boldin still has 2 good years left in him. |

I don't know how Boldin played during the season, but the Ravens won those playoff games due to Boldin's great catches. The Ravens are going to miss him. That's why I respect guys like Brady who take less than market value trying to win a Super Bowl. Re: Boldin to 49ers.... It came down to money. The Ravens wanted Anquan to take a 2 million pay cut and he refused. Thus, he is now a 49er. The Ravens are trying to hold on to Darnell Ellerbe, the young ILB and they had to pay Joe Flacco.

Re: Boldin to 49ers.... This year's draft is loaded at WR, so I am pretty sure Baltimore already has a target in mind to replace Boldin. A cheaper, younger WR to pair up with Torrey Smith.

Re: Boldin to 49ers.... Baltimore was in a tough spot. Cut him and get nothing or deal him and walk away with a prospect. Other teams knew they were dealing from a position of weakness.
San Fran now has Boldin, Crabtree and Davis...scary. Wonder if Manningham gets cut. |

Re: Boldin to 49ers.... The brothers play in a Superbowl and the brothers conduct a trade with each other. Boldin vastly improves San Fran's offense. Nice pick up and I am just glad he didn't go to NE.
