Sliding. We just launched over 110 tomahawks at them today. Yikes. We better not jump in on the rebuild for this country too. Send them back to the stone age.. and get out. Ask for a cut of oil proceeds for helping the Libyan people reclaim their country from that tyrant.

I don't like our involvement in this and frankly I think the international community should have kept their nose out as well. If the people of Libya want a civil war, let them fight for it. It's not like he is targeting a specific race and eradicating them (genocide). I don't like the guy and I don't think he has handled things correctly, but this is a Libyan matter, not a UN or US matter. I will say though that I am happier with the US playing a supporting role along side the UN, instead of operating outside and on our own. At least we have the majority of the UN behind this.

I don't believe we import any oil from Lybia.

Some of the rebels we are supporting may be affiliated with Al Qaeda.

Instability drives up the price of oil and pads the defense budget. Glenn Beck says its a distraction from terrorist taking over Egypt

I think we've found that if we leave these countries alone they'll fight amongst themselves and kill each other. These Muslim countries have got to always hate someone.

Even as a bleeding heart liberal (so my wife says) its time to drill baby drill here. We depend on oil from these countries who hate us. Im tired of these gas prices. The middle east is all screwed up & will always be that way. Unless attacked or terrorized we should stay out of it. I wish Reagan would have taken this guy out. He at least had the guts to go for the jugular. Put him in his place . at least for awhile.
