Hey guys, I want to chat with a friend via the wbesite's chat feature. When I open it up and everything loads, I use my phinfever.com username and password and it says incorrect. Do we need to create a seperate chat account to log on? I would appreciate a response to help me out with this. Thanks guys.

Log into the forums before clicking the chat link.. you can't login via the chat interface.

It says I am logged in, and then I just click on the chat link. It still askes me for a username and password. Appreciate the help.

So when you use the chat, does it allow you to login with your idental phinsfever account login information? Sorry for all the questions, I just want to chat with one of my friends on here who is obviously a Dolphin fan as well.

No, you cannot login directly on the chatroom... you login on the forums (http://www.phinfever.com/forums) and then you click the "Phinfever Chat Room" link.

As Rich said, if you're having an issue accessing it on your current browser, try another one.

That is exactly where I go to access the chat, directly from the forums. It still asks me to login regardless. Do you mean I have to login to the site and click the link? I have tried that. Not sure what you mean by logging into the forums because my username already pops up, so I am signed in.

If you are using internet explorer, try using Google Chrome or FireFox.

I have the same issue using IE.
