Hello Dolphin Nation! Lookin for some info, help if you can
I'm Joe, KC native and huge Chiefs fan. I want to know about Brian Daboll. I can't seem to find anything but general info on the guy so I thought I ask those that have been there done that. What are his down and distance tendencies? Does he move personnel in and out much? What was his player rapport? Grade his clock management. His scheme seemed to revive Bush's career, how is he going to use Jamaal Charles? Get back at me if you feel

From the word on the street, he was terrible in the meeting room and players don't really like him. He lied to his players consistently about his plans for them in the upcoming game.
He over thinks it sometimes, and isn't a great play caller in the redzone. But he's very aggressive, innovative, and works with QB's pretty well. Henne, before going down, showed tremendous development under Daboll, and he got the most out of Matt Moore.
Scheme wise his offense is pretty similar to Todd Haley's, actually. So I doubt you'll see a huge difference from that standpoint.

He knows two things... 1. How to use the tools he has. 2. How to get underachievers to perform.
I'd expect Charles and McCluster to really step it up under his system. Even look for an improved Cassel.
He should be a good fit considering the amount of talent your offense has for him to work with.
