There's no way we should pay Hartline $6 mil/year. In FA, Hartline maybe able to get $3-$4 mil/year.

Hartline is an average receiver, he has great hands, but he's small and relatively slow for a receiver. He benefited last year because we lacked other options. As Rich pointed out, his performance was very inconsistent last year............
