And if we draft well, we'll have a good core for now and for the future. Big IF I know, but the philosophy has really changed around here

I guess they finally understand that the old philosophy didn;t work. I'm with you on cap space, it will be OK.

Because not everyone likes the cesspool of superficiality that is South Florida?

As someone who was born and raised in Miami and lived there for 25 years, I can attest to Miami sucking. If the 2 locations were the only factors and nothing else, I'd pick KC too.

I can't say I'm happy with this deal. But at the same time I have to admit I saw the writing on the wall the past couple of weeks so I'm at peace with it. I'm thinking that Ireland and Philbin are betting that this kid's best days are ahead of him with a deal like this.

The deal is the product of the market. They didn't want to get into a bidding war for the guy they coveted.

It's $60 million and other teams were not given the opportunity to line up.

Why don't you sit back and enjoy life for once?

I lived in KC for a year. I hated everything about it.

Miami is a much better city than KC in my opinion.

I do not live in Miami, and most of the players do not either. I live in Delray Beach and I will not move for a long time, and do not feel the existence of "superficiality" here. Thank you.

I do not realize if he thinks KC and STL are the same cities, but I never mentioned KC so no idea where the hell he is coming from.

Can he wear #7? Are WR's allowed to wear single digit numbers?

Actually I do enjoy life but I Also enjoy stirring things up here much like I think you do as well Rich. And by the way (and this will be my only comment on this) having met me and spent time with me and obtaining a ticket for you at ww if you were able to go I would not have expected you to go the personal route.

Yeah man, downtown Atlantic avenue has definitely changed a lot for the better. You can't beat the weather here and the beaches are incredible. I enjoy going to the beaches here more so than Miami because of population, man I swear in some of those beaches in Miami you can barely throw a darn football.

I'm a little more happy with the signing after watching his press conference. Apparently there were a couple of other teams courting him but he chose to go with Miami because he felt it was the best fit for his career and his family. He specifically cited Philbin and our "quick hit" offense as the main selling points that won him over. I guess he also had dinner with Tannehill the night before it happened.

Just look at the parade this Saturday. I remember when it was for locals just to get hammered. I have worked at the same place in Delray now for 25 years. Yeah the changes are amazing just not sure if they are for the better.
