This is the best thing that could happen. I think you put those two in the same room with a qualified conflict counselor and they don't leave until the issue is resolved and both men can confidently say 'Im good'. That doesn't mean they have to like each other, or agree that there weren't wrongs, but that they have both been heard and feel heard and understand each other. That's how healthy relationships work. Sounds like both are lacking in emotional intelligence though.

At this point, I would call up Dana White and have Big John McCarthy referee these two in an octagon battle. My hope is that Richie would get Martin in a Guilatein choke hold.

I hear he lawyered up and is planning to sue the team and the league...
