Ngata struck Henne with the crown of his helmet on Miami's second-to-last offensive play of the game and was penalized. It was a 4th-and-7 and Henne was hit right after he threw incomplete for Brian Hartline, and on the next play he was intercepted by Josh Wilson. Baltimore then ran out the clock, so this fine was not at all related to the three plays Miami raised the most objection to.http://nfl.fanhouse.com/2010/11/12/halo ... had-henne/
According to league spokesman Corry Rush, "Specifically, on a pass play, he unnecessarily struck the quarterback with his helmet." The two times Henne slid it appeared that he was hit in the head with a helmet-to-helmet but no penalty was called either time.
