Flores may get some votes, but it is going to Ravens HC Harbaugh as coach of the year. He's done a great job with the Ravens.

Is the Dolphins’ Brian Flores the NFL’s Coach of the Year? Probably not. But that I’d even contemplate that given what the team has been through is crazy. Flores’s program is demanding. And it’s hard to be demanding when you aren’t giving the players tangible results as a reward for their work. And it’s even harder when they see some of their best teammates shipped out of town, which indicates a) no one’s safe and b) the team isn’t all in for that particular year). Yet, Miami’s been consistently competitive and, now, is starting to win. I’ve got a feeling we’re going to be speaking highly of the Dolphins going into 2020.https://www.si.com/nfl/2019/12/02/lamar ... fl-week-13

Brian Flores, head coach, Miami. Of course it’s for calling the weirdest play of this season, the punter throwing a backhanded TD flip to the kicker for a touchdown—seven points in a game Miami won by six—but also for, in the words of Ryan Fitzpatrick, “his steadiness, work ethic and consistency.” At 0-7, and with a stripped-down roster, the Dolphins kept playing hard, and they’re 3-2 in the last month.
