And as Schad also says that we shouldn't forget new QB coach Charlie Frye who comes from an Alabama style offense at Central Michigan as he will be giving his input into the offense. Can they all work together?

It is a bit unique to have co-offensive coordinators in the NFL in which one of those coaches calls the plays. But Flores obviously believes there are more potential advantages (including game plan-specific strategizing) than potential complications.https://www.palmbeachpost.com/story/spo ... 646719001/
Flores has had a lot of staff turnover since his arrival and continuity is something he would obviously prefer to establish more of. It also seems quite possible Miami's offensive focus in 2021 will include:
* Commitment to improve the run
* More and varied tempos
* More shifts and motions
"We'll figure out a way that's collaborative, that puts our team in the best position to have success offensively," Flores said.
