It is good that our walking wounded are back on the field. Unless Ingold attends a Benny Hinn event, he probably won't be 100% for a while as he had his ACL torn halfway through last season;)

▪ Fullback Alec Ingold, who sustained a torn ACL in Week 10 for the Raiders last season, was somewhat involved after missing the offseason program in recovery mode. But he didn’t participate in 11-on-11 drills.

▪ Raheem Mostert, fully cleared after his Week 1 knee injury last season, played limited reps and was wearing a black compression sleeve on his leg but is moving around well. Sony Michel’s reps also were limited. Defensive tackle Adam Butler didn’t appear to be practicing.
